Hello, my name is Rain! After getting my first personal house, I went into housing.I have personal preference for working with small houses. However, I would love to work on medium and large houses to build my portfolio. I do various styles and look forward to continue working with different builds.Commissions are available for characters on the North America server in FFXIV. TERMS OF SERVICES

  • Payment in gil only.

  • Half the commission fee must be paid upfront. The other half will be paid upon completion.

  • Base Price does not include Furniture Fees! The cost of furnishing depends on your budget and the size of your house. Furniture budget will be discussed at the beginning of our conversation.

  • The time it takes to complete the build will vary by the house size and the complexity of the build.

  • Reference pictures are strongly preferred. You may use real life photos or from housing websites, such as Housing Snap.

  • Do not request void builds.

  • I cannot take commissions on congested worlds if I don't have an alt there.

  • If I need to create an alt for your server, they will be level 5. I will provide a list of items that need to be dyed.

  • If you prefer to craft, I will list the items needed.

  • Restrictive items, such as those purchased from Tribal Vendors, Doman Enclave, etc. may not be available if my main is not on your server. You must have these items in the estate if you want to include them in the build.

  • Mogstation items will not be included in the build unless it is already available in the estate.

  • All unused gil for furnishing will be returned. Unused items will be placed in storage.

  • Do not move furnishings while I am working on the build.

  • Once the house is complete, I will not redo the house.

  • I will be doing check ins during the commission. Please tell me if any changes need to be made!

  • When complete, I will be taking screenshots of the house to add to my portfolio.

  • If you post my build on social media, you must credit me.

How do I get Started?

Commission Status: CLOSED

  1. Please read the Terms of Services and complete the Housing Commission Form to make a commission request.

  2. Once I receive the form, I will reach out to you and we will have a conversation about your commission request. If the request is accepted, we can get started.

  3. If I do not have a character on your server, I will create an alt and will notify you when I am ready to begin the process.

  4. We will meet at your Estate with the Base Price and Furnishing Budget paid upfront.

  5. Add my character or one of my alts to your Friend List on FFXIV.

  6. Go to your Estate.

  7. Go to Social Menu > Housing Menu > Private Estate > Shared Settings

  8. Add New Tenant from your Friend List.

  9. Set Access Rights.

  10. Close Window. The tenant will receive a message indicating they now share Estate with you.
